*Article 1 – Parties.*
Supplier: Sottile Quadri e Cornici di Sottile Giovanni, located at Via Valassina, 51 – 20831 Seregno (MB) – VAT number 02988250961;
Customer: the individual who, upon accepting these terms of sale, enters into a contract for the purchase of products or services offered by the supplier.
*Article 2 – Service description.*
Through its e-commerce service, the supplier offers a series of physical artworks displayed via images (for illustrative purposes only to show the subjects and techniques used in the creation of each retouché) which the customer can view and choose to purchase by adding them to the electronic cart. The customer may only purchase the products available in the online catalog at the time of the order and viewable online at allweallwe.it, as described in the related product sheets.
The image accompanying the product description may not fully represent its characteristics and may differ in color, size, or accessory products shown. All purchase support information (Catalog, techniques, sizes, etc.) should be considered general informative material and not reflective of the actual characteristics of a specific product.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by a summary page that will appear at the end of the checkout process, showing the order date and a customer order number to be used for any further communication with Sottile Giovanni Quadri e Cornici. The summary page will display all the data entered by the customer, along with all information regarding the essential characteristics of the goods, pricing, payment methods, shipping methods and costs, and applicable taxes. The customer must verify the accuracy of this information and promptly report any corrections as described in this document. Only after verifying actual stock availability will Sottile Giovanni Quadri e Cornici send the payment request to the customer using the email address provided during registration, in accordance with Article 5.
*Article 3 – Service recipients.*
For customers purchasing products for personal use, Legislative Decree 185/99 (distance contracts), Legislative Decree No. 50/92 (right of withdrawal), and Articles 1469 bis and following of the Civil Code apply. The aforementioned regulations, however, do not apply to those with a VAT number.
*Article 4 – Prices.*
Prices are indicated as "VAT included" and include a fixed transport cost. They are valid until the date of the customer’s order submission to the supplier and are therefore subject to change.
*Article 5 – Payments.*
Payment can be made using one of the methods chosen by the customer from the following:
1) Credit/Debit card: the customer can pay by entering their card details in the payment gateway provided by Stripe;
2) PayPal.
*Article 6 – Purchase orders.*
The supplier offers two types of products on the platform: "available (orderable)" items that are physically in stock at the supplier’s warehouse, and "available on order" items that are not physically in stock but will be ordered once the customer places a purchase order. Delivery times vary depending on the item and can only be confirmed after checking with the manufacturers. Additionally, "always in stock" products, such as frames paired with physical works, are available and will be sold alongside the artworks, as suggested by the website.
*Article 7 – Documentation, delivery methods, and timelines.*
For every accepted and completed order, Sottile Giovanni Quadri e Cornici will issue a commercial document (digital fiscal receipt) for orders paid with a credit/debit card or PayPal. The information provided by the customer at the time of the order is used for issuing the commercial document or invoice. No changes can be made after the issuance of the fiscal document.
The supplier will send the goods to the customer exclusively via express courier. The transport and packaging costs are indicated in the purchase order and on the invoice. The ordered goods travel under the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for verifying the integrity of the received packages and the qualitative and quantitative correspondence with the order. In case of discrepancies, the customer must immediately notify the supplier via phone or email to allow the supplier to verify and find solutions. The materials will be shipped within 10 business days of the order. Any delays due to temporary material shortages, supply delays, or carrier issues will not be the fault of Sottile Giovanni Quadri e Cornici, which is exempt from any responsibility. The customer must provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid additional fees for returning goods to Sottile Giovanni Quadri e Cornici, which reserves the right to take action in case of obviously incomplete or incorrect information.
*Article 8 – Right of withdrawal.*
Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/02/14 No. 21 (the "Consumer Code"), if the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without penalty and without having to provide any explanation, within 14 days of receiving the purchased product. To exercise this right, the customer must send an explicit written communication to Sottile Giovanni Quadri e Cornici within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt (using the form provided at the end of these terms), addressed to:

Upon receiving the withdrawal notification, Sottile Giovanni Quadri e Cornici will promptly provide instructions on how to return the goods. The consumer must return the product(s) or deliver them to the seller or a third party authorized by the seller without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. The direct costs of shipping the product back are borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its entirety and intact, with all accessories and any spare parts, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.). The customer may handle the product only to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, but is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary. If the customer withdraws from the contract, all payments made to the seller, excluding delivery costs, will be refunded once the product has been returned. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the initial transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions provided in Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
*Article 9 – Materials.*
The materials and artworks are handcrafted. By purchasing the artworks, the customer acknowledges their origin, uniqueness, and the artistic choices made by Sottile Giovanni to create artistic compositions using various materials, which deliberately cover the surface of the artwork, making it a unique artistic product.
*Article 10 – Minimum age.*
To order from the site, one must be at least 18 years old. Sottile Giovanni Quadri e Cornici reserves the right, in individual cases, to deny or alter an order (e.g., if false personal information is provided and/or if the user has poor credit).
